These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all iOS applications published by Chad Pickard, including FieldFraction, FlagHour, DoseSteady, Pocket Register, Camera to Files, Bills Due Tracker, Payoff Planner, Home Proof Inventory, and Best Hour Weather (each an "App," collectively "Apps").
By downloading, installing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
1. License
Each App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms.
2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock additional features ("Pro"). Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
3. Health & Medical Disclaimer
DoseSteady is a personal organizational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medication reminders, refill tracking, and health insights are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions regarding medications, dosages, and schedules. Do not rely solely on this app for medication management decisions.
4. Pay, Payoff & Measurement Estimates
FlagHour is a personal tracking tool for flat-rate technicians. It is not a payroll system and does not guarantee the accuracy of pay calculations, flagged hours, or efficiency metrics. Expected pay figures are estimates based on the data you enter. Always verify your pay with your employer's official payroll records. Do not rely solely on this app for pay disputes or financial decisions.
Payoff Planner's projections and payoff dates are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not financial advice. FieldFraction is a calculation aid; always check your measurements and follow your local building code and manufacturer instructions before you cut or build.
5. No Warranty
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chad Pickard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Your Data
All Apps store data locally on your device. Some Apps may offer optional iCloud sync or backup features that store data in your personal iCloud account. Some Apps let you send data to services you choose, such as the Pocket Register web companion or Google Drive and OneDrive in Camera to Files; those services have their own terms. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, iCloud account issues, or other causes. 8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Apps or use them in any way that violates applicable laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps except as permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Chad Pickard resides, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
